Payment?

Contact for information on rates. Payment is due at time of service. Not in network with any insurances. However, able to provide you with a document that has all the information necessary to submit a self-claim for reimbursement upon request.

What is Concierge PT?

  • Time and Attention: Full-hour treatment sessions of one-on-one care with a Doctor of Physical Therapy with the time and resources to fully understand your unique situation

  • Local: Based in Guerneville, expanded to Sebastopol inside Inspired Fitness Training Center! However, visits happen where they're convenient for you - your home, gym, the office, indoors, outdoors, wherever you like.

    Forget about driving an hour round-trip for a PT appointment that maybe lasts half as long, is rushed, and only consists of exercises you could have done at home.

  • Ongoing: I aim to build a relationship with my patients and their families, to offer guidance and expertise through the rehabilitative phase, but also on health and wellness issues for years to come.

How it works

  • California is a Direct Access state, which means no physician referral is required to start Physical therapy.

  • Health and Wellness services can be booked independently or in addition to PT and do not require an evaluation prior.

  • Refer to the right for details on each track.

Book your first Appointment

  • We start with an Initial Consultation (Discovery Call) to chat about your needs and goals and make sure we're a good fit.

    An in-person PT Evaluation is scheduled next to physically assess your baseline, establish a customized treatment plan, and get started on interventions to best help you achieve your goals.

    After the PT Evaluation is completed, PT Treatment sessions can be scheduled ongoing, or we can schedule week to week.

    If, through our evaluation, I believe you require another practitioner, such as a physician, psychologist, or podiatrist, I will let you know. However, a physician's referral is not required to start PT in California.

  • Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork appointments can be booked independently or in addition to PT services and do not require an evaluation prior. Tune up sessions can be booked on as-needed basis for general head to toe maintenance of your body. Just like regular maintenance improves the performance and longevity of your car, at least a quarterly tune up is recommended :)
