How it works
California is a Direct Access state, which means no physician referral is required to start Physical therapy.
Wellness / Bodywork services can be booked independently or in addition to PT and do not require an evaluation prior.
More details on each track to the right >>>
-
We start with an complimentary Initial consultation (Discovery Call) to discuss your needs, goals, and make sure we're a good fit.
Next, an in-person PT Evaluation appointment is scheduled to physically assess your baseline, establish a customized treatment plan, and get started on interventions to best help you achieve your goals.
After the PT Evaluation is completed, PT Treatment sessions can be scheduled ongoing, or we can schedule week to week.
If, through our evaluation, I believe you require another practitioner, such as a physician, psychologist, or podiatrist, I will let you know. However, a physician's referral is not required to start PT in California.

Therapeutic Bodywork appointments can be booked independently or in addition to PT services and do not require an evaluation prior.
Tune up sessions can be booked on as-needed basis for general head to toe maintenance for your body. Just like regular maintenance improves the performance and longevity of your car, at least a quarterly tune up is recommended :)
